Falaya

Software Development

Falaya revolutionizes real estate by handing control directly to buyers and sellers through a feature-rich, mobile-first experience. The platform enables users to list homes, manage offers, schedule tours, and finalize deals—all without traditional agents.

I contributed to the Flutter-based app by enhancing user flows and ensuring smooth API integration, particularly for Google Maps and payment gateways. Our goal was to empower users with tools typically reserved for professionals, streamlining tasks like legal form creation, social sharing, and real-time communication. My role focused on front-end refinement, calendar integration for tour scheduling, and implementing responsive UI for both Android and iOS. With a strong emphasis on accessibility, speed, and intuitive navigation, we created a platform that puts users in control, improves transparency, and accelerates transactions. Falaya bridges the gap between DIY real estate tools and professional results.

My approach

My approach for Falaya was rooted in user empowerment. I aimed to create an experience where non-expert users could confidently complete transactions typically managed by agents. By focusing on clarity, mobile optimization, and seamless flow between listing, scheduling, and offer stages, I crafted a platform that feels approachable yet professional. Accessibility, minimal input friction, and mobile-native interaction patterns were key. Every feature was built to reduce steps and increase user control without sacrificing regulatory or procedural requirements of the real estate process.
