NexStage Silo is a sophisticated operations dashboard built to monitor and manage large-scale vertical silo systems used in frac sand logistics. I developed the app using Flutter and Firebase, focusing on a high-precision UI that delivers real-time silo data, live graphs, and historical performance metrics. The system supports role-based access, enabling supervisors, analysts, and admins to securely manage users, track jobs, and download key reports.
Real-time visualization was made possible through HighCharts, offering detailed insight into job activity, material flow, and equipment efficiency. The app was designed to perform seamlessly across web and tablets, enabling operations teams to make informed decisions on the go or in control rooms. By integrating smart dashboards and multi-user functionality, NexStage Silo brought clarity and speed to complex field operations, helping reduce downtime and improve sand distribution strategy.

My approach
This project required transforming dense silo data into actionable visuals. I began by understanding the user roles and their workflows to map access controls and dashboard needs. I focused on creating clean, scalable charts using HighCharts and built a Firebase-powered backend to deliver real-time updates with zero lag. Accessibility on tablets and web was prioritized for field teams. Role-based visibility ensured sensitive operations data was only accessed by authorized users. My goal was to simplify complex logistics into intuitive visual dashboards and quick-access reports.
