Prop Connect Supervisor is an advanced logistics app tailored for frac service and E&P companies, focusing on managing proppant (frac sand) transportation from source to wellsite. I helped build and refine this Flutter-based application by developing key features like real-time tracking, driver coordination, and box inventory management.
Designed for on-site supervisors, the app ensures accurate visibility across load assignments, terminal transitions, and delivery statuses. I focused heavily on seamless data synchronization using Firebase, ensuring instant updates and minimizing delays. Real-time dashboards, live maps, and automated activity logs were developed using Highcharts and FusionCharts. The goal was to reduce downtime, eliminate manual errors, and provide supervisors with a comprehensive command center in their pocket. The final product enables efficient proppant delivery, secure data control, and complete transparency—empowering field teams to manage operations proactively and stay aligned with central dispatch at all times.

My approach
My approach focused on building an app that works as fast as the field teams do. Recognizing the fast-paced and remote nature of oilfield logistics, I emphasized offline support, instant syncing, and role-based access control. Every feature—from scanning containers to generating reports—was built for usability in tough environments. I ensured the app could keep up with field activity while keeping data accurate and accessible. Collaboration with supervisors helped refine the interface for quick tap-to-action behaviors and dashboard-style overviews.
